The Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Tempus Genevois does not accept any liability in respect of your ability to access or use the site at any time or any interruption in that access or use or any failure to complete any transaction. Tempus Genevois does not warrant that the Site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage. Users agree to indemnify and hold Tempus Genevois harmless for any and all losses, damages, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by Us as a result of computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage, service interruption or inability to access the Site.

Tempus Genevois Ltd grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Tempus Genevois Ltd. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

3 Contract and Payment Terms
When you place an order to purchase a product from Tempus Genevois Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Upon entering into a Transaction the Purchaser enters into a contract with Our nominated secure payment partner. Details of this company are provided within the site. Any disputes must be taken directly with this partner.

The Purchaser warrants to make payment available for Tempus Genevois, via its appointed secure payment partner, prior to the Goods being shipped. Transactions entered into are binding on both parties.

4 Delivery of Goods
Tempus Genevois will send the Goods via secure carrier to the address notified by the Purchaser at the time of the Transaction. Dispatch will be arranged on the next working day after payment clears through Tempus Genevois' payment partner. All orders should arrive within 10 business days from clearance of payment.

When ordering goods from Tempus Genevois Ltd for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5 Privacy Policy
We use the information we collect about you only to facilitate the operation of the Site.

6 Termination
Tempus Genevois reserves the right to terminate any Transaction at its sole discretion if a Purchaser commits a breach of any of the Conditions or any other terms and conditions associated with the Site or Our provision of services.

7 General
If any provision of these Conditions becomes deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions. Failure to exercise any rights or remedies or failure to enforce the strict performance of any provisions of the Conditions on the part of Tempus Genevois will not constitute a waiver of Our right to exercise such rights or remedies or to enforce such provisions in that or any other instance. Any such waiver made by Tempus Genevois must be made in writing.

8 Governing Law
These Conditions and Our and the Purchasers respective rights and obligations hereunder shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, excluding that body of law appropriate to choice of law and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and any legislation implementing such Convention if otherwise applicable. By entering into transaction on the Site, Purchasers irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales with respect to any claim, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with use of the Site and any Transactions conducted on or through the Site.

9 Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Tempus Genevois merchandise. "You may return any unworn, undamaged watch, in its original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery (the day you received the merchandise) for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges).

All returned watches must be in a brand-new, saleable condition, with manufacturer's packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase. Watches showing any signs of wear or use can not be returned. We will credit your card or issue a refund by cheque within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

Returns must be properly packaged for shipment. "Tempus Genevois Limited will not be responsible for damage in transit to improperly packaged returns."

Write down the reason for the return and whether you would like a credit, a replacement of the same watch (if defective) or the model you would like to exchange it for. Be sure to insure shipment since Tempus Genevois Limited is not responsible for watches lost in shipping back to us.
